They say everything happens for a reason. I don’t know if Ali Krieger has come to a personal understanding of why this happened to her one year ago today. It was certainly a cruel turn of events for a person that deserved better. But I’m thankful to finally be posting these pictures with the knowledge that while January 20, 2012 may have been devastation in Vancouver, 365 days later, Ali is back to 100%, headed to USWNT camp, and set to play professional soccer in her hometown.
Ali, may 2013 be your best year yet.
